When you arrive at 650 King St E you will park on the southside closest to the Beer store (Ebike store right beside the stairwell). Enter through the south doors and head upstairs to the second floor. The main doors lock after 5pm so please make sure to NOT shut the outer door fully after entering. If you do, the other women will be locked out! After you head upstairs look for unit 205 and you're there!

We cater to ALL levels from beginner all the way up to intermediate/advanced.

We have 3 primary levels that we focus on in our studio. Those levels include, but are not limited to, Beginner level 1, Beginner level 2 & open level. Beginner level 1 is best suited for those with absolutely NO experience whatsoever. Beginner level 2 is geared towards women with some dance experience, including learning choreography. Open level is a mix between beginner & intermediate, therefore we suggest that individuals with no experience should NOT participate in this level. Women who have moderate experience, or those looking to move up from Beginner level 2, we recommend participating in classes at this level.

Our main focus is on the sensual embodiment component, therefore Heels is our primary style; however, we also offer hip hop and jazz funk as secondary styles.

What shoes will be needed for the programs?
Each style has different requirements for shoes. For our hip hop and Jazz funk programs you will be required to wear clean, indoor sneakers. For our heels programs: Heel height should be between 2.5" - 4.25" nothing lower or higher. Open toe boot heels are preferred as they provide optimal stability and comfort. Try to find heels with a zipper and lace to give extra support in the ankle, as well, try to avoid heels with big buckles as they will damage the studio's floor.
