Join us for a sensual movement workshop focused on exploring floorwork, confidence, and self-expression in a way that feels authentic to you. Our goal is to create a space where dancers can move freely, connect to their sensuality, and explore movement without pressure or limitations
This class can be done in any footwear because we want to remove barriers and encourage you to tap into your dancer alter ego in a way that feels comfortable and empowering.
Class will include:
• A thorough warm-up
• Technique based exercises
• Choreography combo
• Filmed groups at the end of class.
Recommended footwear: heels or bare feet
