Spark your Essence

Spark your Essence is a 4 week beginner level heels training program geared towards learning & understanding the foundations of heels; while exploring your sensuality in a fun & playful way. This class helps empower you and will help boost your confidence. Come learn how to confidently own those heels and feel damn good about it. We end our session with a juicy night of filming. Get the on camera experience and feel like the main character of your movie. This is where you get to celebrate yourself and all you’ve accomplished the past 4 weeks, along with your fellow women!! This is a space where life long friendships are made! What are you waiting for?

With my supportive guidance you will receive personalised feedback that will strengthen your lines, musicality and progressions in the studio.
This program is all about pouring back into yourself: Mind, Body & Soul. You are the main focus and we encourage you to show up as your truest, most authentic self. This includes, but is not limited to; how you dress, the choices you make, the energy you bring. Every workshop will leave you feeling nourished, refreshed and revitalised through my constant love & support!

IGNITE YOUR ESSENCE
Take your heels training to the next level. This program will empower you to refine and expand your quality of movement through dynamic exercises, creative exploration, and challenging choreography. Designed for dancers with some prior training, Beginner Level 2 focuses on elevating your technique, musicality, and stage presence while pushing you beyond your comfort zone.

BEGINNER - 4 WEEK HEELS PROGRAM
SLOW AND SENSUAL
A fun and enticing way to connect deeper to you and your sensuality through movement. This 4 week program focuses on slow, intentional movement that will not only bring awareness to your body, but to your Inner Compass as well.

RETURNING FALL 2025
Investment: $175 + HST
Come tap into your sacred sexual energy, or as we like to describe it; your life force energy! Experience what it feels like to operate from the divine feminine- flow with the essence of your inner Goddess and embark on a journey of self exploration. Four beautiful weeks of play, meditation/journaling, sisterhood and so much more. This class is geared towards barefoot & heels HOWEVER heels are NEVER mandatory, just strongly encouraged.

WEEKS 1-3: 15 Minute stretch & strength to build mind/body connection, followed by intention setting and guided meditation. 15 minutes of technique: across the floors, centre work, mirror work. partner work and more. Finishing off with 1 hour of guided movement and self exploration.
WEEK 4: We are going to end our night on a high and celebrate ourselves with an on camera experience! You get to be the main character of your movie on this night. Wear something that makes you feel extra special, sultry and seductive - however that looks to you!
Slow & Sensual consists of 1.5 hours of training each week for 4 weeks and is an OPEN LEVEL which is suited for beg/int level dancers. Students will receive 1:1 feedback, assistance, and journal prompts, as well as a professionally filmed video at the end of their session.

Designed for women who want to move with confidence, seduction, and a little bit of edge, this class is all about embracing your bold, sensual self—through rhythm, attitude, and sweat. Expect body rolls, hair flips, low grooves, and heel-less high energy. Whether you’re serving face in the mirror or dropping low to the beat, this is your space to feel empowered, sexy, and free. You’ll sweat. You’ll slay. You’ll unleash your inner Baddie!

Performance Training Program classes are divided by level: Beginner 1 and Beginner 2 (Intermediate). Sensual Embodiment Classes will be conducted both in Heels and Bare feet. Students will train for 1.5 hours per week for 13 weeks! They will have the opportunity to learn 3-5 FULL stage pieces, with the potential to be chosen for small groups, duets and solos + Intro to perform in a live show at the Biltmore Theatre in Oshawa!
Each routine will be given a "theme" and using this guidance, dancers will put together their costumes to ensure everyone feels their best and comfortable on stage!
This is our 5th season and we can't wait to weave some magic with you! Come be a part of Essence of HER and unlock your greatest potential.
Payment plans are available upon request! + option to buy into photography/Videography package.

Additional rehearsals are necessary for those participating in small groups. If you have not been selected for a small group you will not be required to come in on additional days. For those who are selected you will be required to come in on Wednesday evening or Saturday daytime. Additional rehearsals are decided upon once the groups are finalised and everyone's schedules are submitted. We do our very best to accommodate everyone!!!
WEEK 11-13 IS DRESS RUN: This is where we get squeaky clean with our show!!! Dancers will have the opportunity to run through the entire show, start to finish, during these three weeks. Dancers will be required to have all costumes ready for weeks 12 & 13 since these will be full DRESS RUN weeks. This is where it all comes alive and it is the best getting the chance to see the routines in their fullest expression. Talk about a celebration of completion.

This is a 13 week commitment, and as such, attendance is crucial. IF for whatever reason you decide you can no longer participate in the program, a cancellation fee will be applied.
Cancellation fee: 50% of the remaining tuition will need to be paid to forfeit your spot in the program.

When you arrive at 650 King St E you will park on the southside closest to the Beer store (Ebike store right beside the stairwell). Enter through the south doors and head upstairs to the second floor. The main doors lock after 5pm so please make sure to NOT shut the outer door fully after entering. If you do, the other women will be locked out! After you head upstairs look for unit 205 and you're there!

We cater to ALL levels from beginner all the way up to intermediate/advanced.

We have 3 primary levels that we focus on in our studio. Those levels include, but are not limited to, Beginner level 1, Beginner level 2 & open level. Beginner level 1 is best suited for those with absolutely NO experience whatsoever. Beginner level 2 is geared towards women with some dance experience, including learning choreography. Open level is a mix between beginner & intermediate, therefore we suggest that individuals with no experience should NOT participate in this level. Women who have moderate experience, or those looking to move up from Beginner level 2, we recommend participating in classes at this level.

Our main focus is on the sensual embodiment component, therefore Heels is our primary style; however, we also offer hip hop and jazz funk as secondary styles.

What shoes will be needed for the programs?
Each style has different requirements for shoes. For our hip hop and Jazz funk programs you will be required to wear clean, indoor sneakers. For our heels programs: Heel height should be between 2.5" - 4.25" nothing lower or higher. Open toe boot heels are preferred as they provide optimal stability and comfort. Try to find heels with a zipper and lace to give extra support in the ankle, as well, try to avoid heels with big buckles as they will damage the studio's floor.
